The Dune Buggy Race is Coming (2)

On the big day of the big race, I was nervous to win. I could beat Fred and Melvin (who signed up for the race). "On your mark, get set, go!" said the announcer. T ch-ch-ch, our buggy's started their engines... and off they went."A bright sunny day at Car Island Racing Stadium. There are 3 buggy's, but which one will win?We've got a colossal Frank Fargo at 378 mph, our fast know-it-all champion, Fred Weasly, at a blast of 263 mph, and our dumb nerd racer, Melvin Sneedly, at a speed of 72 mph. "Hey, don't call me a dumb nerd!" said Melvin. He liked it when everybody called him Mr. Potato Head. "Lap 62." said the announcer. " Frank is almost speeding to his pit crew. He's almost ready for Lap 63. Fred is speeding 306 mph. Looks like he's catching up with Frank. "I guess Melvin is going at an additional 15 mph. He needs gas for his buggy. Frank's buggy is the coolest one of all. A model rocket! "I think Frank is going to win "The Racing Cup"!"Okay. Lap 495. This is a 600 lap race. Frank's buggy is almost running out of gas, he has a blast of 61 mph. Fred has the speed of 25 mph and Melvin is at 1 mph, he is running out of gas. Now at Lap 496. Everyone has their buggy filled with fuel: 492 mph, 406 mph, 102 mph. Its going to be great, and fun!" At lap 597, I was going 612 mph. I was happy for that of course, because I was almost at pit crew. I won the Racing Cup!
